Justrite's Flammable Storage Cabinets have gone through the
most stringent ULC testing to comply with the National Fire
Code of Canada. To comply with the ULC codes, cabinets
withstand a standard fire exposure for a period of 10 minutes
without developing an internal temperature rise in excess of
282°F (139°C) above ambient.
Key Features:
• Double-Wall Insulation Barrier: 2" (51mm) high-
density insulation.
• Intumescent Tape Door Seals: In the event of a fire,
tape expands to eight times its normal volume,
effectively sealing all door gaps.
Cabinets are made of 18-gauge welded steel. The powder-coat
finish will protect against the scuffs, scrapes and moderate
impacts of regular use, keeping the cabinet in its original high-
gloss appearance for years to come. The finish is also chemical-
resistant to solvents, acids or alkalies. Continuous piano hinges
on the doors insure smooth, unhindered operation.
• Spill Catcher Adjustable Shelves: Shelves have built-in
troughs to contain accidental spills. Adjustable in 2 1/4"
(57mm) increments to maximize storage space
(2 shelves included with 45 gal. size, 1 on 30 gal. size.)
• Leakproof Spill Containment Sill: The base of each
cabinet features a full 2" (51mm) Spill Containment
Sill to contain any hazardous liquids that may
spill inside.
• Latching Mechanism: Three-point latch has a fail-safe
closing mechanism for optimum protection under fire
conditions.
• Dual Vents with Built-in Flash Arresters: Strategically
placed on the upper and lower side walls to vent
vapors if needed.
• Adjustable Leveling Feet: Adjustable, 1 1/2" (38mm)
leveling feet at all four corners allows the cabinet to be
set up level and square, ensuring proper alignment for
tight door closure. |
